What is your returns policy?

How do I start a return or exchange?

Log in to your account to begin a self-serve return. For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order. If you have sizing or product questions, please contact us before purchasing—we’re happy to help.

When will I get my refund?

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email us at info@cashmeredaisy.com.
