Return Policy

The Cashmere Daisy has a strict 7-day return policy, which means you can return an item within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn, unused, with tags if the item had tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log into your Shopify account and start the customer self-serve return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods to info@cashmeredaisy.com, no exceptions.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
It is not possible to return any item purchased from the category Bath and Body or Skincare.  This is because these items are deemed as nonreturnable due to their nature. In addition, these items may contain sensitive ingredients that could be damaged by a return. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on these items.

We hope you make a splash with your swimwear and cover-up choices! Please note that, for hygiene reasons, swimwear and cover-up items are non-returnable. Feel free to reach out if you have any concerns or need assistance with sizing before making your selection. Happy swimming and stylish lounging!

Shipping Fees and Taxes are not refundable. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
